Muckle Cycle Club are excited to announce that the 2024 National Hill Climb championships will take place on Dipton Mill Rd, Hexham ( 4 miles from Prospect Hill). Dipton Mill Rd is 1.2km @ 9.8%, topping out at 13.4%. A tough climb that changes gradient multiple times, with a kicker at the finish to catch you out.

 

Riders will begin at 10.00 at 30 second intervals with the final riders starting around 13.30.

We will have food and drink vendors on the hill and live commentary from Eurosport's Adam Blythe. Please join us on the hill to create an electric atmosphere as the the riders battle the gradient. Bring cow bells, pots and pans or just shout to suppress the pain of a maximum effort.

Join us afterwards for the presentation at Hexham Racecourse where the bar will be open until 18.00.
